Blueprint for Early Childhood Development and School Reform

The State Government has launched a 5 year reform agenda to drive improvement and integration of early childhood services and education across Victoria.
Charged with the creation of an identity and range of communication collateral for the Blueprint, we sort to create a visual language through the use of stacking dolls to illustrate the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development’s continuous responsibility of children from birth through to adulthood.
