Chip Kidd – AGDA International Speaker Tour invitation
6.03.2007As part of Pidgeon’s role as a national councilor for the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA), he has been responsible for coordinating their annual International Speaker Tour. With the assistance of David Lancashire and Rita Siow, AGDA was able to secure the services of Chip Kidd in 2007.
Described as ‘the closest thing to a rock star’ in graphic design (USA Today), Chip Kidd is a writer and designer from New York City and is universally recognized as an American master of contemporary book design.
The invitation for the tour was designed by the studio, taking the form of a miniature book.

Blue Jay Way exhibition catalogue
4.03.2007Blue Jay Way, by Sydney artist Sue Pedley, creates a relationship between Heide Museum of Modern Art and Penrith Regional Gallery & The Lewers Bequest, located in New South Wales. Photographic cyanotypes and a trail of site-specific outdoor sculptures reinterpret the sounds heard in the gardens at both Heide and Penrith and, in Pedley’s words, ‘capture the spirit of the sixties: the Beatles, bird songs, concrete poetry, the era of plastic multiples, revolution and change.’
