The Baker House, designed by Robin Boyd in 1964, was purchased by Peter Mitrakas in 2006 and has been made available for short term rental. Asked by Peter to create an identity for the property, we developed a logotype and typeface inspired by the geometry of the roofline of the Baker House. Our studio was one of 6 graphic design firms featured in the recent publication, The Melbourne Design Guide, which is a pocket sized reference book featuring the best design, fashion, architecture, product and industrial design the city has to offer.
