20.12.2005The City of Wodonga identity is based around the concept of linkages both from a business to business perspective and also a council to community one as well.
In recent years, the City of Wodonga has positioned itself as an inland distribution hub for the eastern sea board as 80% of the Australian population lives within 24 hours road travel from Wodonga. The identity needed to reflect the growth in business but also reflect the growing community that is a flow on effect from business growth.
The identity solution was based around the development of an original geometric typography which works as a brand and a logotype. From here, a visual language of symbols and icons was developed using the same geometry which has allowed for the distinctive identity to adapt itself to a wide range of both industry and community applications.
